If clutter is piling up and it is affecting your mental health, this tool can help you identify how so you can get help.

As a member of the IDC (Institute for Challenging Disorganization), Inspired Living NW benefits from a number of member-only tools on their website. The mission of the IDC is “to provide education, research, and strategies to benefit people challenged by chronic disorganization.”

One of the public resources that we like to share is their Clutter Quality of Life Scale. This is a wonderful tool to help you determine the level to which clutter is affecting your life. This information is helpful because it can give you a feeling of purpose and a mission as you lean into your decision to declutter.

Here is the link to view yourself on the scale.

When you are finished, simply hit the “submit” button to view your score.  If you choose to supply your email address, you will get a copy of your responses along with the scale description and scoring information. Please reach out if you would like help understanding your results.

Warmly,
